Malta Residency Program
The Malta PR gets processed within 6 months and does not mandate the holder or his/her family to reside in the country. They are permitted to work or own and conduct business within the Schengen zone. Businessmen with Malta PR are allowed to establish offshore companies and accounts, gaining access to the international market. The country has a flexible tax infrastructure (zero tax on foreign income).
Eligibility
- Applicant age should be at least 18 years
- Hold a non-EU passport.
- Pass background checks as per protocol.
- Make a government fund contribution and buy/rent real estate.
- Furnish proof of funds as per the investment or contribution.
Investment Type
Real Estate\Rental option:
Buy a residence with an amount of €270,000 or leasing a residence with minimum amount €10,000 per year
Contribution/Donation:
A non-refundable contribution of €300,000
Investment:
An Investment of €250,000 in approved financial instruments with a lock-in period of 5 years
